Refund policy

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

✔ The product received is damaged
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect
✔ The wrong product was delivered

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if the size was selected/confirmed by the customer)

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Minor thread issues (common in garments and not considered defects)

Note: All our products are printed/made only after order confirmation, hence size-based exchanges are not possible.


⏳ Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted


📸 Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process a return or refund, customers must share:

  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product)

  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect

Without proper proof, the request will be rejected.


💸 Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damage/defect/wrong item), we will guide you on return shipping

  • If return is approved, replacement or refund will be processed accordingly


📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and sent for printing/processing

  • Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be entertained
